Contact us now and we will try to help you fix your RF375PXDQ0 timer-related problem. The display on my Whirlpool oven in dim. The green LED clock numbers are fine. It's the red LED temperature display numbers that are very dim and can't not be read. I'm sure the problem is in the control/display board. My question is what is going bad on these boards? Capacitors? Resistors? I have talked with other people that have the same model and they all say that their display are or is going dim. Does someone know the repair that can be done on the board? (Board level repair!!!) Whirlpool glass top electric oven burner - Rf368lxkb Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years The display went dark. There is no clock, and I cannot turn on the oven, none of the touch buttons work. The cook top however still works, and the oven light comes on. What would most likely be the problems? What parts would be needed, and how much time for a homeowner to repair? None of the digital oven controls work nor light up plus the oven does turn on or operate. The top burners still work though. Entire oven is electric and non-gas. One thing, the city turned the power off in this grid due to a land fire and this issue occured there after. We tried flipping all the panel breakers but did not work. Please help. Danny Left front burner stays on when temp setting is 3 or higher. it doesn't cycle on & off like it used to. What is the most likely part failure the control switch or the burner assembly with temp sensor? The switch has some black around the case and the original switch part # has been replaced by a new one. I am leaning toward just replacing the switch since it is 1/3 cost of burner assy and part # discontinued. I visually inspected the switch and the burner assy, but can't see any problems other than blackening on switch. Can't decide which part is failing without knowing what to test with ohmmeter. I have a problem with the control board,it just quit working went thur all the steps and finally ordered a new one put in and still the same problem it also will not work,Any Ideas? I love this oven and I do not want to get rid of it. Please save it from the graveyard! There is no power to the control board but the cook top works. I purchased a new display/control board and installed but it still does not work. I looked for the thermal fuse but could not find it under the back cover. The oven stopped working during/after a cleaning cycle and has not worked since. The connector to the control board has 240 VAC going through it so I know the control board/display is getting power. Is there a special sequence I need to execute to get the new control borad to work?? Sincerely Puzzled (and fustrated)! |
