| Nov 21, 2017 | Lived with a dim display for many years. When the bake mode failed, I searched harder on the internet for a fix. Information on the Appliance Timers' website made diagnosis fairly certain. This included systems of other Bosch timers that had been fixed by Appliance Timers. | Nov 29, 2016 | I just wanted to THANK YOU for providing this SERVICE. I phoned and spoke to Mr. Simons who encouraged me to go ahead and remove the timer myself, I did it without too much trouble. I packaged the part & sent it off for repair. It was promptly repaired and returned to me and I reinstalled the repaired timer. As a 70 year old single woman I am just a bit pleased with myself for giving it a go. But I am REALLY PLEASED that this service exists. And the pricing is certainly fair and worth every penny! We set it at 350 and put two oven thermometers in it-- one hit 350 on the nose, the other about 5 degrees higher-- think it's probably our old thermometers! Thanks for all your help with this. Each time I emailed you with a question, I was just about in a panic, and I think you returned each of these emails within the hour with exactly the information I needed. Just wanted you to know that it's meaningful to me, and it speaks especially well of you as a man. You're a rare one these days. It's been about 4 years since the oven quit. I think you know what we went through trying to get a replacement, or you wouldn't be rebuilding these. We finally came to a point where we were either going to replace it for $1000 + or just continue to live with it not working. Again, your price was fair, and your workmanship did the job. | Nov 16, 2012 | My range is 12 years old and has been working fine until it wasn't heating properly. When oven temp button pushed and temperature set, the starting temperature is 215*. Oven will get hot if set at 500-550* but will not maintain baking temperature. Temperature sensor was replaced and has a resistance of 1049 Ohms at 70*. Baking element is 20 Ohms. Broiler, surface burners, and kitchen timer all work fine. I found Appliancetimers.com via google search. I spoke to Howard Simons and he was very helpful and emailed me the status of the timer. They repaired it. It only took a few minutes to reinstall it and the range has been working fine ever since. I saved about $300 by repairing instead of replacing the range. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Tip: take pictures of the wire connections on the timer before removing it. It will speed up the reinstallation. George Bukowski |

Easy fix thanks to you. Hold door open and press broil for 5 seconds. Apparently happened during a party. Savings approx. $300. I work in the appliance department at Home Depot. I have passed info and your .com to a few people. Thanks again, Bill Smith |
