| Dec 05, 2020 | I had an issue with the 31645550 timer on my Fridgidaire range. Everything worked as normal (LED fine), but the oven element and broiler would not work. A quick diagnosis with a mulitmeter and an email to ApplianceTimers.com asking for a replacement was the next step. There was no replacement available so they offered to repair it. | Oct 15, 2020 | They fixed my oven timer. My oven would not heat up. I would set it to 350 degrees but it would not heat up to temperature. If I cancelled it, and reset it to 350 degrees again, it would say the actual temperature it was at (not 350). It wasn't the element (we tested it). I gave them a call to ask if they thought it was the timer, and they were very helpful and explained it most likely was (with all the testing we have done). Jessica |

Great turn around time! I installed it and quickly noticed that the display was significantly brighter than before - an encouraging first indication of a successful repair. I tested the formerly inoperative "BAKE" function and it worked perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience, for the valuable service that you are providing and for saving my range from a date with the local land fill. Have you reached out to the appliance repair community to make them aware of your services? Instead of instructing me to replace my range because my timer was no longer available, it would have been nice to be recommended a timer rebuild option instead. | Jul 27, 2020 | Control Unit started intermittently to not cycle oven elements back on after bringing the oven up to temperature. Because the timer display stays at the temperature set, we didn't realize there was problem until an hour later when we noticed we couldn't smell dinner cooking and the oven had cooled by 1 or 2 hundred degrees and cooling. After a few months it became almost a regular occurrence. Canada express post took almost two weeks delivering it to Quebec for repair. After a week and a half on the weekend we started looking at New ranges. Thankfully the timer arrived in Chicoutimi on Monday morning and was repaired immediately, shipped out Tuesday and arrived here Thursday in time for dinner. Works Perfectly. Richard |

During the pandemic lock down the oven elements had ceased to work and during this time I could not go out and buy a new stove. Any replacement unit for the timer that I could find was more than the repair would have been. Then I found your website and took the chance sending it from Sask to Quebec and back. Once I had ascertained that I was going to use your services, I mailed the unit to you. I mailed it Friday, Canada Post got it to you by Monday, you then repaired it and shipped it back. | Apr 27, 2020 | Just a quick note to Howard and his colleagues at ApplianceTimers.ca to thank them for the professional and prompt service in repairing the digital timing module for our Kenmore C970-6888301 stove. It is 13 years old and, with Kenmore out of the repair business and Fridgidaire Canada not stocking or making any replacement parts for stoves more than about 5 years old, we were likely stuck with having to get a new stove - just because the oven circuits stopped working. On April 9, Marc (from Reliable Appliance Repair in Calgary) made an urgent service house-call and diagnosed the problem. He then suggested that I try to get the unit repaired. After trying a couple of places in the U.S. and also consulting with Fridgidaire Canada, I wound up finding the website for ApplianceTimers.ca and sent an inquiry to them. On Easter Sunday, Howard replied to my inquiry and indicated that they had the necessary parts and experience and could repair the unit. We exchanged a couple of emails with additional details and then I sent the unit to them via Canada Post's Express Delivery on April 13. They received it on April 20, repaired it by April 22 and sent it back to me via FedEx. It arrived just before noon today. I think that was awesome service! I had a brief telephone call with Marc's colleague who encouraged me to try installing it myself and with Marc's notes, I was able to do that with no problem. We tested all the functions except the self-clean process and everything seems to be working just fine. These are trying times for everyone. None of us needs any more stresses and being able to get our stove working so quickly and so well has relieved a lot of our stresses. Thanks again. Ron Murch |

I was very worried when I began searching the internet for a new Control Board/Timer form my 27” Frigidaire Wall Mount Oven. This part has been discontinued and no generic replacement is available. I began looking at new convection wall ovens... $1200-$2000! Ouch! Came across appliance timers.com... long story short, I removed unit (take photos to help with wire sequence), sent and returned by FedEx, all in $350! Save $1000+. Clock is brighter and touch sensitivity is way better and oven is back in working order! More than satisfied. Jeff |

| Mar 26, 2020 | We had, for a while, been managing an intermittent timer on our gas Jenn Air range. The reliability continued to deteriorate making using the oven unreliable. We actually, on Christmas Eve 2019, decided to start the process of contacting Appliance Timer on their contact email. To our amazement we received a reply from Howard Simons almost immediately that night. He assured us that they were familiar with the model of the timer and they had a high success rate of repair. We kept the timer in the stove to get through the holiday season. We followed the shipping instructions and virtually within a day of the parcel tracking showing it arrived we were informed the timer was repaired. The timer module has been installed and works perfectly. The contact with Appliancetimers was amazing. Great job, excellent company. | Feb 25, 2020 | Over the holidays the bottom element in my oven stopped working and after a little trial-and-error, I'd figured it was the range's timer as everything else was in order (including a working element). I sent the timer to AT's which was promptly returned within 7 days. Indeed, after having re-installed the repaired component, the oven immediately worked like a charm! I knew that trying to fix the component on my own was way above my pay grade which started my search for a suitable service that could do the job.
