I hope you are able to fix this unit as the stove which is approx 30 years old is in otherwise excellent shape. It is disappointing that it has only lasted 5 years this time. Your cost has risen 37% since the last time it was repaired however, as the stove is in excellent shape I would appreciate it if you could fix this unit once more and I am prepared to pay the new price $149 plus taxes and shipping. I do not understand the need for an extended warranty. Clock Mechanism stopped working again. All other timer functions such as the minute timer, pre set bake start and finish times and the self clean timer feature are all affected. The stove is over 30 yrs. old and functions perfectly. The timer has been repaired a total of 2 times and It is obviously costing more that it is worth to send it to you again. I therefore would like to know the cost of a new replacement if such is still available. Any input would be appreciated. The unit lasted more 25 years without need of any repairs. It is disappointing that the most I can get out of this latest effort was only 5 years. Please provide an alternative quote for another repair. Thank you. | Repaired |
