The timer shows no indicator lights/leds at all, and the oven does not work. The stove top works fine. I replaced the lower burner element and across the terminals it measure 19 ohms, so it is has continuity.
It seems like the timer is broken since everything else shows electrical continuity or works. So, I deduce that the timer board is broken. Hopefully you can repair it.
