Ottawa, Ontario | 970339436 | F30 | F30 code ; after power is shut off and then turned on, the whole board is unresponsive to touch controls; oven temperature sensor probe has been replaced with new and problem persists. | Repaired | Georgetown, Ontario | 970-339434 | none | bake function does not work; all other functions are ok | Repaired | Calgary, Alberta | 970-339422 | F31 | Received F31 error in February, removed power and tested temperature probe and wiring which seemed fine. Plugged range back in and it seemed to work until late May when I received the same error. I unplugged overnight and it worked for a little while but then the display went blank and nothing is working. | Beyond Repair | Santa Monica, California | Elite | N/A | Stop working | Awaiting receipt of timer | Lanoraie, Quebec | 970339436 | N/A | Oven and warmer not working | Awaiting receipt of timer | Lake In The Hills, Illinois | 79079369400 | F31 | F31 error code, which means either a bad temp probe (inside the oven) or a bad ERC. This code seems to point to a SHORT CIRCUIT in the temp probe sensor ckt. according to some websites. I replaced the oven temp probe with 2 different NEW replacements. (I also checked the probe resistance at room temp, and saw it change with heat - In spec.)
When F31 ERR pops up, I was able to unplug the stove for 30 seconds or so, plug it back in, reset the time of day, and start the oven back up. It started to happen more often, so I replaced the temp probe. I had no error codes for about 2 weeks, then the same thing started to happen again. I tried a new probe again. F31 errors still. I could always clear it by unplugging, but continuing to do this may have been a bit harsh on the unit. The last time I plugged it in, the display LED segments started to flicker randomly, then all went dark.
ERC is unresponsive to any touchpad presses now.
Top burners work fine.
Oven is natural gas, with an electric "boost" element when using it in Convection mode. | Awaiting receipt of timer | SHERMAN, Texas | 790.79362402 | F31,F32 | doesn't work | Beyond Repair |
