It shows that it is going through the cycles of elements to warm up the oven, but no heat is produced. 246V available at plug and across panel (123V each side) 123V only at common panel output and at one element wire (each of the 3 elements) when unplugged. Specific outputs from panel for each element show no voltage. Checked oven sensor and it reads ~1076 ohms at room temperature.	Replaced with reconditioned timer
