Refering to Wiring Diagram 3180405061 (included), when Broil and Bake controls are set to ON, I measure 240V from P2-P7 and P3-P7, 0V from P2-P8 and P3-P8 and 240V from P7-P8. It appears the P7-P8 relay is defective. To confirm my theory, I taped the P7 and P8 wires together and the bake and broil elements heated up. All other features and components appear to be working. Further testing/repair as you deem necessary.	Repaired
