One contact spring is missing after previous repair

I had this timer repaired by a guy in Michigan, but came back with the same problem, plus one contact was broken and missing when I opened it up to check for continuity.

Missing contact arm, broken by others, white wire goes to this terminal , see photos in package
Currently machine will not discharge water and continues to agitate while in spin cycle. I found the relay burnt and am replacing. This should solve this problem, I will contact you if not.
