In order to send the control board to you, I might need some guidance to remove it.This is the only instructions I could find:

When oven powered up (tried turning off breaker repeatedly) would not perform requested commands, just went immediately to broil & locked oven door. I turned on the oven and when I went to open the door it was locked. I turned the power off at the breaker and the door wouldn't open until the oven cooled. I tried powering the stove up a couple times, each time the broiler element came on and stayed on. The fault code on the display was F 02, welded element relays. When we were taking the board out two pins broke off, JP22, JP21 that need to be replaced. I will include the wiring schematic, please return it with the repaired control board.
