Worse yet, frequently during operation, the screen goes blank. Sometimes the oven shuts down, stops heating, and other times it keeps cooking without a display. One in a while, it turns back on by itself. I think it is possessed? I assume you will fix this for free as your team really did not fix it in the first place?
