We had a technician come out and test the temperature probe and it test out fine. He believes it's the timer/control board that needs to be replaced. I need this quick as possible that is why I am purchasing a refurbished timer. We need this repaired for cooking for Christmas and have to coordinate the tech to come out and install. If you do not have any refurburbished in stock let me know quickly so I can ship mine to you for repair.Repaired
