Actiosn taken so far: Replaced the PCB board however still have F1 error and the fan would be on constantly. I followed the mfgr instructions for error code F1 and tested the voltage across pins 1 and 3 from the ERC to confirm that the ERC was also affected. I checked the ERC board by turning pwr on to everything and and b4 F1 went off I disconnected ribbon (key pad) from board, F1 fault still occured. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
