A few months ago it started to fail when being turned on and the initial temperature when bake was pressed was 170.
Recently we replaced the temperature sensor and igniter and now the oven turns on 95% of the time but the temperature is way off. If we set it to 500 then it struggles to get to 300 but if we set it to 550 (the max) then we burn the hell out of anything.

In the past, when holding down the bake button with the buzzing sound, the oven will turn on eventually (ie. igniter glows and the oven bake).
Now, the above trick doesn't work anybody.
