Calgary, Alberta | YKERI500HW1 | none | Uneven baking. A loaf of bread will be well done on top and not cooked on the bottom.
Thermal sensor resistance at room temperature: 1080 ohms.
Bake element resistance: 26 ohms.
During preheat Broil element cycles on and off and Bake element is on: Broil element current about 9.4 Amps, Bake element current about 7.4 Amps.
During baking both elements cycle on and off (each drawing about the same current as they did during preheat). After about 45 minutes the Broil element is still cycling but the Bake element isn't and no voltage is being applied to it's terminals and there is no current draw.
** However, I can keep the Bake element cycling if I use a fan to blow cool air on the control board. This works at least long enough to bake a loaf of bread. | Repaired |
