Hello,
I'd like to know if you are still doing repair work during the emergency healh measures in place these days.
I have a Frigidaire CPEB30SBAC2 wall oven wih a flakey control board.
The oven stops heating after about 30 minutes of use. If I wait a few hours I can use the oven again. I'm 99% sure I know what the general problem is because I've already fixied it myself twice with limited success but it tells me its the control board thats the issue.
Basically some of the posts on some of the board elements (relays I believe) have flakey contact points. I'm assuming its something about the control board heating up that causes some contacts to disconnect. I've had a third party service order to have it fixed once and I've resoldered some of the posts myself on two separate occasions and then everything worked fine for a few months each time.
Based on what I've read on the internet this is a pretty common problem for this control board.
If I ship my control board to you would you be able to fix it more permanently?
I've attached a few pictures of the control board.
Thanks and stay safe.

Fort Thomas, Kentucky | `SVE47100B | F-3 | when trying to use bake cycle the code appears and the intenal fan goes on . I can sometimes get the oven to work after repeat attempts or sometimes it stops working again then I sometimes can restart the oven to finish cooking. | Repaired |
Baton Rouge, Louisiana | 790.75503200 | NA | The oven temperature display is very dim, the time display is fine. I've read that this model has problems with displays becoming dim. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
Metuchen, New Jersey | JBP76GS1WW | The first day there | We had a thunder storm the night before - but nothing else in the house suffered so it may be a coincidence. The next morning the display just had a "4" showing. I reset the breaker in the electrical panel and it then showed "PF" for power failure and I reset the clock - but by the end of the day the LED had gone out. | Beyond Repair |

Redmond, Washington | RDDS30VQB | N/A | Would like to purchase a new timer, then ship the old one back after new one is received/installed. The old one works fine, the display is just really dim, can mostly read the clock (green digits) but the temp (red digits) is really difficult to read. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
Valparaiso, Indiana | CWE9000BCB | F7 | Two or three times since 1997 this has flashed the F7 error code (most recently in February). I have been able to put the oven back in service by reseating the connectors to the timer module, and the oven is working at this time. I am selling the house, and think it best to replace the timer so I can tell the buyer I did rather than telling him he might have to. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
Calgary, Alberta | MGS5770ADB | none - low sound whe | When the timer goes off the sound is barely audible. The manual has no instructions on how to set or adjust the volume. It is set to option 1 which is beep and repeat every 5 minutes till turned off. | Repaired |
Bright, Ontario | J37RLW-3 Serial #GG195711 | none | My timer is what I would call 'glitchy' and has been for a number of years. When turning the button on the outside upper right to select time or temperature, it sometimes will skip numbers entirely, making it difficult to set it to the correct time/temp. If I attempt to increase or decrease the temperature during operation, it often will overheat to the point that it burns food very quickly. I've found that I can mostly overcome this issue by completely turning off the oven and resetting it. It no longer is able to self clean. It's about 22 years old. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
Rogue River, Oregon | CWE900 | n/a | The nob that sets time/temperature does not operate smoothly. some times/temperatures are skipped. | Awaiting receipt of timer |
