Sault Ste Marie, Ontario	C970-440935 SN:NF 82113595	F10	Hi Howard, we spoke on phone with regard to problem and you advised to send in a new service request as symptoms changed slightly since last March lol! MARCH- Broil element didn't work at all, noticed resistor burning on PCB. My wife was reluctant to give up her stove at the time. OCTOBER- At the end of September she noticed that Broil elemtent was coming on again and the quick preheat times had returned. Worked for a few weeks and then it burned the top of a cake she was baking. On further inspection found the the Broil element is staying on all of the time. I tried it this morning before I was about to remove timer and call you. On bake while warming up the display showed the elements rotating they're on cycles (you could hear relays clicking) however the Broil element stays on continuous. I let it go until it reached temp (350) and it stopped the element cycling and continued to display 350. The Broil element stayed on and after a while the cooling fan came on and then after another while the the oven shut down and element finally went off. The display showed an F10 fault.
