Unplugged power & plugged back in a few times (1 after a minute, few times after 1 hour) & unable to clear display & beeps when plug in. If part not repairable, can I purchase a refurbished part?. We have gotten the F1 error code at times during a long cooking cycle (about 50 minutes) and sometimes at the end of of a cooking cycle when we push the clear/off button.
